Another woman, 66 yr-old Linda Kallish, was asked to pull down her pants while going through JFK. Scheduled for same flight as one of the other Thanksgiving strip victims:
That's the dignity, courtesy, and respect.

Of course Blogdad Bob will just say she lied or doesn't understand the secret screening process, and TSA is sorry she didn't like being assaulted by TSA.

  5. This is so bizarre. The TSA at JFK think there's a little old lady panty bomber on the loose.

The story may be crowded out by nuke war with Iran, but is appearing: BaltimoreSun.
The third JFK complainant needs to be added to the AP story at MSNBC, TheHill, SacBee and elsewhere.
I like to cross-pollinate with political stories to remind our electeds of our unhappiness with abuse.:D

I left a comment at the Sun article (the Sun, where TSA apologists abound) and will go to other sites to do likewise.

As we used to say in the 60's & 70's when a girl showed some signs of moral decency & good upbringing: She's just uptight.

    Just saw this thread.

I hope there is a class action suit forming on this. Perhaps it just required a few brave women to step up and tell their story.

(Mike, please delete my post on this)

The three ladies could definitely file a single suit together. It wouldn't be a class action, but still sounds like a good time to me!

The current situation is quite obviously a problem with some pack of screeners at JFK. However, we know full well that this same thing has happened to individuals flying through other airports across the land. I wish those people would speak out also.

I recall a strikingly similar story by an older lady at the other place earlier this year. She was new and was trying to find out how common it was to have to remove underwear during screening.

It was scary that she didn't think it was that big of a deal until the members pointed out that she had been strip searched and should have resisted. Sadly, she thought this was the new normal and was wondering of she should expect this to happen often.

After several replies expressed shock and outrage, she "realized" the extent of the violation but later disappeared. She likely let it go, setting up these poor women for the same treatment.

The Master Lists are full of them. Including people unafraid to use their full names. I also named some of them in the TSA News post. I have more names as well -- people who got in touch with me privately.
