I didn't have any luck locating anyone with that name on Intelius. There is one in Corpus Christi but that's a long haul to IAH.

Yesterday on The View this incident was discussed in their "hot topics" section and EVERY woman including Tony Danza who was a co-host AGREED that the TSA did the right thing by keeping this woman off the plane and it was HER fault for not complying and having a bad attitude because...... the TSA is only doing their jobs and keeping us safe. Joy Behar thought the woman should have been arrested. I was so appalled I went to the message board for the show to discover that the majority of posters agreed with the panel. If the woman had just done what she was told none of this would have happened. Last night Donny Deutch was filling in for Piers Morgan and he had a panel of women - Serena Williams, Suzie Orman, Gail King and Laura Spencer - one topic was airport security. Ok I thought now we're going to hear something good. Nope, although they wish the procedures were different they ALL thought the TSA was doing what it is supposed to do and they didn't mind the security because, after all, the TSA was keeping terrorists off the planes. Not on either show did I hear mention of the 4th Amendment or the nasty attitudes of some of the screeners. There was a short discussion about the ridiculousness of searching 5 year olds and then Suzie Orman pipes up with - well, somebody might put a bomb on a 5 year old. At that point I turned off the TV.

This country is getting the TSA it fully deserves.

I read through that The View forum, and it seems all the posters in favor of the TSO's actions believed that this was happening at the checkpoint.

I wish a resolution patdown strip search on every one of those hosts and commenters.

Yep. FlyerTalk is now suspending people for making TSA clerks cry.

essxjay must finally have her broom back from the shop.

Honestly, I don't understand why so many of you whine about how FT (esp. TS/S) is run yet keep posting there. By continuing to to patronize the place you are only validating their abusive forum management. Most moderators at there for the ego boost, not to operate useful forums.

With Randy Peterson gone permanently, a couple of the major airline forums are headed south again, and the current "Community Director" simply doesn't have what it takes to keep her chums in line with what the FlyerTalk vision was supposed to be. Too bad, 'cause RP won't be stepping in again, ever. It will be fanbois ├╝ber alles soon enough.

Oh, I'm not whining about it. I simply post there to make sure the AFS crowd has *some* counterbalance.

It's just too bad that the moderators aren't as protective of basic human rights as they are of making sure the TSA thugs who post there don't have anything to complain about.

(I'd say "...have their feelings hurt," but first we'd have to find any TSA employee who actually has feelings.)

I posted the facts of the story there - nobody has posted after I did. I posted under klj47.

(expletive deleted), I was banned for making appropriate comparisons. Apparently that's "not conducive to a civilized discussion."

How can you have a civilized discussion with someone who has no regard for civilization?

I feel bad, despite my best attempts I haven't been banned yet.

Guess I'll have to redouble my efforts.

Civilization? They don't even have any regard for basic hygiene.

I wondered when it would come out.

TSA Spokesliar Emeritus Blogdad Bob has a new post about how the woman lied about the video where the TSA employee admitted the measures were simply punitive.

Of course, comments noting how many times Blogdad Bob's been caught in an official lie won't see the light of day over on PV.

What this retard is admitting is that they called the cops on the woman because she drank her water.

And that "stupid" is "standard" for the TSA.
