I demand that my constitutional rights be upheld in terms of not being subjected to search, but this guy doesn't deserve a trial before we proclaim the TSA worse than the catholic church! 4th trumps 6th!

I've seen several references to Jose Salgado's "arrest", but they appear to be mistaken. There are 55 charged, 32 arrested, and even news outlets that claim Salgado is among the 32 arrested don't actually include him in their lists of 32 names and/or mugshots (I keep counting them -- are are always exactly 32, but Salvado is never among them!).

One report clearly indicates that he has not been arrested, another indicates that some of the 55 will only receive summons to appear in court:

The Constitution describes in the 4th the conditions required before conducting a search and if you care to look there is no exception of any kind for Administrative Searches. Saying the 4th trumps the 6th is faulty.

Saying the TSA is worse than the RCC has no bearing on the latest TSA Child Porn Purveyors trial, the two are not related.

Never mind that he's posting from a country that abandoned all pretext of constitutional underpinnings in favor of parliamentary supremacy well over a century ago. Fortunately our Founding Fathers had sufficient distrust of British constitutional principles that they tacked a Bill of Rights onto our Constitution just in case. :)

Never mind that only a minuscule percentage of our elected officials give a rat's patootie about that Bill of Rights. Or the Constitution to which it is tacked.

A tangent thought here, consider TSA's track record of being bullfaced stubborn then over-reacting retaliation of their track record, (like wanting to give the blue gloves guns or marshall status) I wonder if someone there is going to try for something silly like wanting to pass an immunity status for anything that wears blue and moves.

In that case, I'll start flying again wearing a blue uniform...;)!

Make sure you have a scowl on your face and bark orders to your fellow citizens. Also, don't forget to threaten them. You wanna look believable, don't you?

Don't worry, I can out-bitch the best of them! :D (..but only if circumstances force me to do so...)

Make sure it looks like one of Moammar Gadhafi's outfits, just in TSA Smurf Blue. Smurfs are impressed by lots of gold and silver, especially if the decorations are just foil over chocolate.

Experienced bloggers stick to clear fluids that don't get sticky when they dry out.

Or is it because they know he is a sicko and are afraid of him and what he might do if they tell it like it is?
