    Fortunately, the NFL games are purely voluntary and not an essential component of employment. The players and press are exempt from this.

    If I had tickets, I would demand a refund for the balance of the season on the basis that they changed the terms of the contract in the course of the agreement. Unfortunately, as the author points out, there are way too many people willing to accept anything the government or large organizations do to them in the name of safety. There are varying thresholds among people but by the time these laggards wake up, too many liberties will have been sacrificed and will be very difficult to reclaim.
