What another delightful nonanswer.
I'm not sure, but I think in this video I heard the suit tell the guy, "now, this machine isn't the backscatter radar"...
So we'll see a response at some time in the future stating that these "people" (and I use the term very loosely as regards TSA employees) performed adequately.
Et cetera, ad nauseam. Blah, blah, blah. Mere lip service to the idea that an entire government agency staffed with thieves, thugs, morons, and perverts is even capable of maintaining anything resembling "professional and ethical standards," while continuing to turn a blind eye to their fellow thieves, thugs, morons, and perverts.
I keep trying to post on the youtube video inviting these guys to TUG, but I'm getting an error. My stupid Firefox won't let me do anything! Tried to get there in Explorer and things were even worse. If anybody has a youtube account, maybe you could invite them over.
I got your back. Invite posted.
Thanks for that info - I missed that part.
Gracias. I figured he had to have been groped after they found residue.
Why couldn't the guy video the groping? They let him record everything else - plus, you are allowed a witness in the private screening rooms. What better witness than a guy with a video camera. I've seen videos of gropings outside a private room that the TSA tried to stop but didn't succeed so what difference does it make if it's recorded outside a private room or inside a private room? Am I missing something?
Speed up what process? We all know that TSA is out of control and each airport does its on thing.
TSORon has said as much.
Legally there's no reason why you can't, except that all (expletive deleted) will break loose once there is definitive proof as to what the TSA goons are doing to people in the sexual assault rooms.
They should take a cue from Australian customs: Take video of these sessions themselves and give DVD's to the stripsearched travelers. If you have nothing to hide, prove it.
Yes. The only, only reason videos are not allowed for the resolution genital, boob, and butt massage with the front of the hands, and the only reason it must be done in private is to keep the videos of this from getting out to the public. TSA knows the sh*tstorm that would ensue. That is why these requirements are so despicable--their only reason for being is to hide the truth from the people. They want to maintain the fiction that it is safe to go to the airport and that nobody gets felt up--won't happen when people see them sexually molest people like this. People will get even more scared to go to the airport. Complete criminals. Every one of them.
I think its only a matter of time, till some sunlight is shown on this skeleton in the closet and then the will hit the rotating oscillator PDQ.
Yeah, would only take a pair of glasses with a camera or other similar spy type cam on them in the "private" room and bam, doors blown wide open. Then again a witnesses if it goes to court can be just as good as a video.
That's why TSA always tries to provide a 2nd pervert as your "witness".
Yeah that wouldn't work for me, or anyone I know (most of which were sheep till they saw the light). A witness to me is someone of my choosing not some hack who sold their soul to a pissy nappy pervert.
I don't trust anyone who works for DHS/TSA as far as I can put a round down range.
(Sorry! I hit "like/unlike" rather than "reply"...)
Did anyone else catch a glimpse of the guy in the "private room?" You can see his left arm in the distinctive red shirt in the entrance to the door-less "private room."
Separate names with a comma.
