Cravaack is delusional if he thinks TSA will obey the July 2 date after ignoring the law for six months already.

The law only applies to soldiers in uniform traveling on orders so I hope it doesn't get enforced. All that does is reduce the probability of someone taking video or photo of TSA groping a soldier. If the same soldier travels in civvies while on vacation, they still get the grope.

 

How long has it been now that the TSA has been ignoring the court's order to get public opinions?

So why isn't Pissy singing the falsetto part of Prison Bitch? Throw his skanky (expletive deleted) in a cell until the court order is complied with.

 

I'd love nothing more than to see him do hard time, mixed in with all the other degenerates. Make sure they know who he is and what he orders his smurf-clerks to do to kids, too.

 

And not just him, but all the other smurfs who get to do time for their misdeeds.

 

Unfortunately, TSA is the other third rail of politics and that doesn't bode well for reform.

The scum in DC will talk a good game, but no one wants to chance being responsible for "compromising safety" even if it is a false flag like the CIA underwear bomber they trotted out when the water started to boil on TSA.

Oh my aching head. WTF is "secure flight" (or whatever the heck it is called) all about if not to verify identity?

 

This just proves none of this is about security. Servicemembers have the same risk of conducting a terrorist attack as any other American. I'll leave it up to you to decide if that risk is high or low.

 

Actually some service membes might have a higher chance of doing something dangerous to others. Many members of the service returning for war zones have PTSD and could loose it if some stressors, such as some TSA Clerk feeling them up, put them over the top. I would agree that it's not real likely but look at all the crap TSA does to prevent an extremely unlikely terrorist, so unlikely that TSA can't identify one case of finding a bad guy in over 10 years.

 

Point taken, but that wouldn't be terrorism in that case.

 

At the same time many non-soldiers, esp. victims of violent rapes and spousal abuse, also suffer from PTSD. TSA does NOTHING to accommodate them, and actually seems to thrive on inflicting further abuse.

 

I agree totally. That's why no one should escape basic security screening only escalating should something be amiss. Security screening should be limited to a WTMD and xray of personal property and not escalated unless an alarm is present. No Pre Check, not expert lanes, no frequesnt flyer lanes. TSA needs to do there risk assesment during screening, not before a person arrives at the airport.
