UK Daily Mail (28 Mar 2012): TSA agent arrested for prostitution ring 'after being busted with 11 people in one hotel room including three naked women and four men buttoning up their pants': Bryant Livingston, 39, initially told police he posted an ad on Craigslist and it was a swingers event

    Doober, I'm glad you asked!

I posted "over there" about what I remember about the guy. I was about to do my first opt-out and I started interrogating the clerk about touching my genitals. The clerk went into core-dump and wouldn't answer me. Pretty soon, the clerks swarmed around me and this "suit" walks up to me. He gives me his business card, which I will scan and post tonight or tomorrow morning when I can get a few minutes. His card says: "Transportation Security Manager" and he flashed a "Transportation Security Inspector" badge at me. When I saw the TSA badge, I said, "OK, now I understand. You are the people who climb on airplanes sitting in hangers and break them." He didn't know what I was talking about, so I told him to look up "American Eagle incident...Chicago."

I told him that the clerk would not answer my questions about the frisking I was about to receive. I deliberately didn't use the term "pat-down." I said that the clerk (Yes -- I used the term "Clerk" during the conversation) would not define the body part he called "resistance" and would not answer my question about whether or not he was going to touch my penis and testicles. Livingston, after spitting back all the canned TSA drivel, finally said that the "officer" would not touch my penis -- he used the word. I told him I was holding him personally responsible for his clerk's actions.

I think I sang "My Country 'Tis of Thee," loud enough for people around me to hear it, during the groping -- my memory is a bit fuzzy. I know I've done that during a groping; I just don't remember which one.

    Two more things I remember:

    1. He didn't come across as the usual power-tripping, clueless TSA suit. He came across as a real (expletive deleted).

    2. There was a female lead clerk who was the one who called Livingston to the scene. She literally reminded me of the Wicked Witch of the West (no joke). She had a constant scowl on her face and stared me down the entire time. Perhaps she didn't like me giving lip to one of her clerks. She was standing in the gap between two of the glass panels right next to where I left the checkpoint when this was all over. I don't know how I thought this fast on my feet, but, I looked at her, smiled, blew her a kiss, and said loudly, "And you -- Have a Nice Day!"

Read Sommer Gentry's account (above); she also dealt with Livingston. She also has a business card from him.

I just read her column -- and posted a comment about my incident.

Isn't it ironic that March is Women's History Month???

I hope some of you will go over to the Washington Post article and set some of these people straight. Take a look at the comments:

As has already been pointed out many times, his night job is a lot more honorable than his day job. WChou's line above via Boggie Dog is one for the ages,

Some coward calling himself "Bob" at IP address 97.81.238.227 left a string of vile-bordering-on-obscene comments at Sommer's post at TSA News. I just deleted them all -- it now says "Comment Removed" in those spaces -- and tried looking up his info (with my rather incompetent computer skills). Here's all I got:

He's in Montgomery, Alabama. Wonder if his employer would like to know he's writing things like "get raped, bitch" on websites.

Charter communications is a cable TV operator. The bozo is probably just one of tens of thousands of customers.

If you're inclined to send an email, I would Google them & copy any customer relations, corporate security & executives you can find email addresses for.

Some networks assign IP addresses dynamically, so be sure to reference the time along with the IP address.

I suspect I would be in the minority on this but I would post the comments and list the persons IP address plus any other information developed. I would be clear stating these are postings submitted by a single person.

Apparently some of your commenters also haven't the foggiest notion of the difference between the BKSX and the MMW scanners, unless they've managed to install the "Gumby" software on the BKSX in the last week or so.
