    From the absolute bottom of leadership rankings, explanation of progress in procurement reform:
    "Reform" understood by management as inviting industry to have more involvement in policy and procurement?

    The face-palm continues with GAO's polite description of agency high-risk procurement management:
    GAO's Stephen Lord submits more testimony on the AIT roll-out debacle. Most interestingly, even DHS throws TSA under the bus on how badly imaging/ privacy tech procurement was carried out:
    The GAO testimony even notes TSA senior management insistence they made a "good decision" on procuring AIT.
    That's some bureaucratic butt-hurt.

    Unfortunately we don't have to make it up where TSA is concerned. The nightmare is real.
