CBS Chicago: Chicago-To-Germany Flight Diverted Because Of Unruly Passenger
WTAM: Chicago-to-Germany flight forced to land at Hopkins
AvHerald: Incident: United Airlines B772 near Cleveland on Jul 8th 2011, unruly passenger

The passenger ended up cuffed & duct-taped & with a surgical mask over his face to keep him from spitting on others. The passenger reportedly had a boarding pass but was not on the passenger manifest.

And why didn't the vaunted BDO's discover him before he got on the plane? Behavior such as that surely must have had some precursors that they could "see." :D
