    The UK was already off my list due to the Nude-O-Scopes (not that I'm flying anyway), but the prospect of a 5 hour wait in customs after an all night TATL flight is the kiss of death.

    Glad I saw London in 2003 when UK immigration was prompt & friendly.

    Not sure how our prepaid hotel shuttle would have worked out with a 5 hour wait ... :eek:

    T1 hasn't been bad for non EU/UK queues over the past year when I have been there (as recently as today) But the EU/UK queue has often had ONE person staffing it, making the other queue look much better.

    I've been watching the reports on this very closely over the past few weeks; the government seems to not want to make any changes for fear of not following 'anything for safety'. :rolleyes:
