UK Telegraph: US officials told to streamline security checks

The article also cites the notorious cruise ship screening at L.A. a couple months ago:

What person in his or her right mind would want to return ot the U.S. after that kind of treatment?

I have family and friends in Europe that no longer spend their leisure money in the States, and I support their decision 100%. I'm glad to see the tourism industry push back against the poor treatment of visitors.

Glad to see some organized intervention on the part of a travel organization. First read that as Brits, which would make sense: innocent UK nationals subjected to months of detention, heat stroke/dehydration, as well as groping "on holiday."
A full-on parody ala Dr. Strangelove would fit this madness.
