Dirtbag holder in a increadible loose interpretation of the consition seems to thing assasination of US Citzens is justified.

Im just speechless, that this subject could even be thought of let alone be a course of action.

Holder needs to go and be tried for treason.

but does it not at least require some adjudication to determine whether someone is a terrorist? That's the rub. You can't just declare a citizen a terrorist and then rub him out. There needs to be some sort of trial, even in absentia.

    from that article:
Could a soldier, ordered to go into a house and shoot a civilian who is unarmed and not resisting, obey that as a lawful order? I don't think he could.
What makes it so different if the same soldier is flying a drone and is ordered to execute everyone in the house?

Many of those tried & executed for war crimes are civilian leaders. Holder should take a good look at Nuremberg.

The hypocrisy of this administration -- and of those who defend it -- is off the charts.

Does this Administration observe any part of the Constitution?

I can only suggest that if any of you want some change, unknown change at that, you will have to vote for someone other than the current President. That may leave a bad taste in your mouth but keeping the current guy is guarenteed to result in more of the same. A new person in the White House will get us a new DHS, TSA, Justice and all the other positions that Obama has filled with his buddies.

Doesn't matter. Won't matter. I've said this so many times before. National electoral politics is meaningless anymore. Vote for Tweedle-Dee or Tweedle-Dum, it doesn't matter. It won't change anything.

Electoral politics on the small, local level is still somewhat meaningful. Somewhat. But only in a very limited way. On the national level, it doesn't matter. Your vote is worthless. The powers-that-be are the same. They are all beholden to corporate interests. They are all interested in holding on to power for the sake of holding onto power. They don't care who starves, who goes homeless, who's stuck in a cage that a for-profit prison has created, who's shot, who's beaten, who's sent off to slaughter and be slaughtered in wars for profit, who's enslaved. They don't care.

And they aren't going to change anything about the DHS, TSA, DOJ, etc. -- except, if they do anything, to make them even more repressive. Otherwise, it's just going to be the status quo.

Addendum: your vote as a protest, as an expression of dissatisfaction, is not meaningless. But to actually get anything done? Forget it. To vote for either of the two corrupt political parties is what I'm saying is meaningless. And only one of those two candidates is going to win.

I can't see voting Obama and his crew out of office as a bad thing. I'll take my chances with a new team.

I agree. It's not going to right every wrong, or fix anything that's broken, but this regime simply has to go. It has proven itself an enemy to freedom. The Romney regime *may* be better. Long live King Romney....

Yeah, well, far be it from me to rain on people's parades. I'd be happy to see him go just to laugh at all the bots who would be clutching their hair and rending their garments. But Romney won't be any better.

On this particular issue? They're all the same. I could imagine Romney being particularly bad because of his corporateness. I wonder how Santorum would be on this issue? Thou shalt not kill, and all.

Unless you're gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, member of Black Rose, or use birth control. Then it's open season because you're no better than an active pedophile.

Santorum is Nehemiah Scudder breathed into life. Even more so than Romney or Perry.
