Clearly this writer is no fan of TSA. Looks like those commenting share his views as well.

How many states now have some kind of bill under consideration that plucks TSA's wings

  3. A bunch. I hope one of them finally sticks one of these days. I have a good feeling about a few of them.

"...that he or she knows is unlawful" is a huge loophole because the TSA will claim that everything they do is lawful.

The more attempts the better the odds.

Look how many of them apparently believe that photography is prohibited at the checkpoint, despite the claims by others that they're trained otherwise.

I still say that it is impossible to train rocks. Sadly TSA is nothing but rocks. They even have to make attempts to train TSA clerks in basic manners. If that is the level of training needed just imagine trying to teach what pictures mean.

Maybe that's why the "training" is flagged "SSI." It'd certainly be embarrassing to the TSA to have the world know that their employees aren't even capable of understanding pictographs on the order of IKEA assembly instructions.
