That's one of the more powerful pieces that I've read.
TSA, your days are numbered and it feels soooooo good.
I hope so.
I just sent the piece off to all my congresspeople and in the last paragraph I wrote:
"This is an extremely powerful statement and Congress needs to take note. The American public has turned against the TSA and, if you still support this agency, you are completely out of touch with your constituency."
Not that it will make any impression on the three monkeys who "represent" this part of the country.
Wow, someone posted the following comment.
I know the stereotype of Americans is of an insular people who rarely go abroad.
But does this commenter seriously think that the US is the only country that has been affected by terrorism?
The mind is boggled.
The author of that post must be one of those who still requests/uses paper bags to pack his groceries. Obviously, he puts those bags to good use.
American Exceptionalism, once again rearing its ugly head.
I left a comment and see that other TUGers did as well. Trying to get Charlie, who has written for TSA News once and is technically one of our writers, to let me cross-post with link back to original. Waiting to hear from him.
Somebody besides me please go over to Charlie's site and set that bedwetting numbskull "Frank" straight!
And P.S. now cross-posted at TSA News:
TSA News Blog: What Kind of Are We (Is TSA) Raising?
Nothing is going to correct Frank's misguided views. Likely a DHS/TSA employee.
I know. It just helps to have moral support.
