    I would like to point out that even during medical exams, doctors and nurses are very sensitive when they have to exam a child's privates parts. They will stop if the child gets uncomfortable.
    Unlike TSA who in the opposite-get more aggressive. :mad:
     
  3. In most cases, you can also refuse consent for medical touching without fear of retribution.

    when will a parent refuse to put up with BS and when a smurf touches their child without their permission just go apeshit and turn a smurfs life upside down and inside out by filing criminal complaint/charges for assault sexual assault of a child. Would certainly put the ASSes on notice.

    Andrea Abbott tried. Don't know what's happening with her case. Again, it costs a lot of money to file suit. Most people can't afford it.
